How does the multi-buy work?+
Put more than one ready lamp in your bag, any bases and any glass, and the discount comes off all of them: 20% off 2, 30% off 3, 40% off 4, half price on 5 or more. It comes off in your bag by itself, with no code. Each lamp can still be a gift with its own card. It can't be combined with other discounts or codes in the same order: one offer an order, and you get the one that saves you most.
Is it ready to use?+
Yes. It arrives assembled and wired, with an Australian-approved plug and an on/off switch: plug it in and switch it on. The glass stays cool, so it can stay on for hours. The Camping lamp is rechargeable, so charge it first and it needs no cable after that.
Which glass fits which base?+
The Tall and the Camping take the same 13 cm glass, so their twelve designs are the same. The Small Swan takes an 11 cm glass and the Mini a 9 cm one, each with twelve designs of its own.
Will mine look exactly like the picture?+
Every lamp is set by hand, piece by piece, so the glass varies a little from one lamp to the next: the same design, colours and pattern, with small differences in the pieces. That's the point of a handmade lamp.
Can you make one in my own colours?+
No. We make the designs on the page, so the lamp that arrives is the one you chose.
Can I buy a new globe or bulb later?+
Yes, for an extra charge. Email support@thruart.com and we'll sort it out.
What if it arrives broken?+
Email support@thruart.com with your order number and a photo, or message us from the chat. We answer within 24 hours. When we ask for it back, pack it in the lamp's own box.
How big are they?+
Tall about 28 cm, Camping about 22 cm, Swan about 32 cm, Mini about 23 cm. The builder shows them at their real size next to each other.
What about the floor lamps?+
A standing lamp with three, five or seven 13 cm globes, the same glass as the Tall's, so the same twelve designs, chosen globe by globe. Ready to use: 3 globes $299, 5 globes $399, 7 globes $499. As a kit to make, with the glass and template for each globe: $324, $424, $524. The multi-buy is for the table lamps.
When will it arrive?+
We dispatch within 3 business days, then it's with Australia Post: Standard or Express, chosen at checkout. For Christmas, order by Wednesday 16 December (WA, TAS and NT: Wednesday 9 December).
Can I send it straight to someone?+
Yes. Tick “It's a gift”, write the card, and put their address at checkout. There are no prices in the parcel.
Would they rather make one?+
