We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. You choose Standard or Express at checkout, and the price is on the page before you pay. Standard is free on orders of $100 or more, after any discount.

• Australia Post StandardFree from $100$12.95 under $100Usually 2 to 6 business days after it leaves us. An order, however many kits are in it.
• Australia Post Express$19.95Usually 1 to 3 business days after it leaves us. An order, however many kits are in it.

Your order leaves us within 3 business days. After that the delivery time is Australia Post's, and depends on your postcode; it isn't something we can guarantee. For a workshop or a party on a set date, order a week or two ahead.

We don't deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers, so please give a street address. You get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. If it shows as delivered but isn't there, ask Australia Post first, with that number: they can tell you where it was left.

Small orders can also go overseas, or be collected from our studios in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, booked ahead. Email support@thruart.com before you order and we'll arrange it.

Put their name and address at checkout, with your own email and phone so we can reach you. A gift goes with no prices in the parcel and your card on top. More on the gifts page.

Trade orders go by courier: $20 ex GST a carton, and free at Platinum. The trade portal shows your freight before you order. For WA, NT and TAS we quote the freight and add it to your invoice (free at Platinum too). See trade.
