The small print,

These are the terms for buying from ThruArt at thruart.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in them takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is worked out at checkout, where you see it before you pay: Standard is free on orders of $100 or more, after any discount.

One offer an order: the ready-lamp multi-buy, a spend discount or a code don't add up; you get the one that saves you most. Codes can't be swapped for cash.

If a price on the site is plainly wrong, or something is out of stock after you've paid, we'll tell you before it goes out and you can have your money back in full.

By card or Afterpay through Stripe, or by PayPal. Afterpay and PayPal have their own terms too. Your order is confirmed when the payment has gone through and we've emailed your receipt.

Within Australia, by Australia Post, Standard or Express. Orders leave us within 3 business days; after that the delivery time is Australia Post's and isn't guaranteed. The details are on the shipping page.

Unopened DIY kits can come back within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, with the postage back paid by you. Anything damaged, faulty or missing, we put right. All of it is on the returns page.

Follow the guide in the box. Grout is messy: wear the gloves, and keep the glue away from eyes and mouth. The mosaic kits are for makers from 8, with a grown-up alongside. Bake ceramics in a home oven as the guide says. Work with resin in an airy room, with gloves on (and a mask if you're pregnant or sensitive). Use the lamps as the guide says.

The designs, templates, photos and words on this site and in the kits are ThruArt's. What you make with a kit is yours, and we'd love to see it. You can share photos of it anywhere.

Studios, shops and schools apply for a trade account; we check every application and may decline one. Trade orders are paid by bank transfer against a tax invoice: within 7 days, or from Gold, a deposit when the order is placed and the rest within 30 days. Trade prices are for the account holder. See trade.

Apart from the guarantees the Australian Consumer Law gives you, which always apply, we aren't responsible for loss that comes from using a kit against its guide. Tell us first at support@thruart.com and we'll do our best to put it right.

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, where we pack and send your orders. If they change, the new ones go on this page with their date; your order goes by the terms on the day you placed it. How we look after your details is in our privacy policy.
