Good to know.

When does it arrive?: Within minutes of paying, by email: to them if you give their address, or to you to pass on.
What can they buy with it?: Everything in the shop: kits, ready-made lamps, tea and coffee, and delivery too. It can't buy another gift card, and it can't be used in the trade portal.
What if they don't spend it all?: The rest stays on the card for next time. If the order comes to more, they pay the difference by card or PayPal.
How long does it last?: At least 3 years from the day it's bought. The date is on the card, and there are no fees.
Does it work with offers?: Yes. A gift card is a way of paying, so offers and codes still apply. Buying a gift card doesn't earn an offer or free shipping itself.
Lost the email?: Write to support@thruart.com.au with the name and email used to buy it, and we'll send it again.
Can I get my money back?: A gift card can't be exchanged for cash. If a card was bought by mistake and hasn't been used, write to us. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
